Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received by July 21, 2026: refund of the fee paid minus €20.00 for organizational and banking fees.
• Cancellations received between July 22, 2026, and October 26, 2026: 50% refund of the fee paid, net of a €20.00 retained for organizational and banking fees.
• Cancellations received after October 26, 2026: no refunds.

Refunds will be made within 60 days of the end of the Congress.
