INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA RELATING TO THE USE OF IMAGES: PHOTOS AND AUDIO-VIDEO RECORDINGS

Please be advised that audio/video recordings may be made during the event by authorized personnel for information, scientific dissemination, and promotional purposes. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter EU Regulation), we provide the following information:

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING:Video and photographic recordings are taken for the purpose of documenting the event, promoting future activities, and creating promotional materials (for example, publications on our website, social media channels, in newsletters, and other informational materials).
METHODS OF PROCESSING: The images collected will be processed lawfully, fairly, and appropriately, in accordance with the principles set forth in Article 5 of the GDPR and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee their security and protect the data subject's utmost confidentiality. The installation and use of images and video recordings are considered to be completely free of charge and in a completely correct manner. Under no circumstances will images and videos be used in a way that prejudices the honor, reputation, and decorum of one's person, pursuant to art. 97 of Law No. 633/41 and art. 10 of the Civil Code. This authorization excludes any use for profit and transfer to third parties.
RECIPIENTS OF DATA PROCESSING's websites FASI , on FASI srl's social media channels, in print, and/or on any other means of dissemination, solely for informational and promotional purposes.
DATA STORAGE: The collected material will be stored in FASI srl's archives to maintain a historical record of the events organized and, if necessary, for any future historical publications.
DATA ACCESS RIGHTS: Pursuant to art. 15 of the EU Regulation, the data subject has the right to access personal data, to request rectification or erasure, to limit processing, to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability (where applicable), and the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise their rights, data subjects may send a communication to the Data Controller's contact address indicated above.
